A escolha pela amamenta\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser incentivada e \u00e9 o grande foco da campanha Agosto Dourado. De acordo com dados da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial da Sa\u00fade (OMS) e do Fundo das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas para a Inf\u00e2ncia (Unicef), cerca de seis milh\u00f5es de vidas s\u00e3o salvas por ano por causa do aumento das taxas de amamenta\u00e7\u00e3o exclusiva at\u00e9 o sexto m\u00eas de idade. Al\u00e9m de proteger o beb\u00ea de doen\u00e7as, a amamenta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por estabelecer um v\u00ednculo afetivo entre a m\u00e3e e o filho. Especialistas da FSFX refor\u00e7am o incentivo e cuidados nesta fase.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

A engenheira civil, Marilene F\u00e1tima Neves Silva Villela, \u00e9 um exemplo de que com amor e paci\u00eancia \u00e9 poss\u00edvel amamentar mesmo diante de poss\u00edveis dificuldades. O desejo de ser m\u00e3e e alimentar a filha com o pr\u00f3prio leite era mais forte. Em sua primeira gravidez, ela teve muitas d\u00favidas, principalmente se a crian\u00e7a iria \u201cpegar\u201d o peito. Quando sua filha, J\u00falia, nasceu, a engenheira civil travou uma luta para amament\u00e1-la e foi guerreira. \u00a0\u201cMinha filha n\u00e3o tinha for\u00e7as para sugar o peito. Meu leite empedrou e ainda tive rachaduras no bico do seio. Eu sentia dores, sangrava, mas a minha vontade de amamentar era muito maior. Eu sabia que aquele leite era indispens\u00e1vel para ela crescer saud\u00e1vel\u201d.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Determinada, Marilene contou com a ajuda de profissionais para passar pelo primeiro desafio na amamenta\u00e7\u00e3o. Ela chegou a receber uma especialista na sua casa que lhe ensinou a fazer a extra\u00e7\u00e3o manual do leite. \u201cEm momento algum pensei em desistir. Quando olho para tr\u00e1s vejo que foi a melhor coisa que fiz. Depois dessas primeiras dores, foi tudo normal e m\u00e1gico. A minha filha mamou durante dois anos e quatro meses. Ela sempre foi saud\u00e1vel, nunca ficou doente\u201d, conta.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Assim como Marilene, algumas m\u00e3es encontram dificuldades, mas n\u00e3o significa que n\u00e3o seja poss\u00edvel. \u201cCada mulher \u00e9 \u00fanica e n\u00e3o deve haver compara\u00e7\u00e3o. Tem mulheres que t\u00eam mamilos pequenos e mais planos que requer mais est\u00edmulo e outras j\u00e1 conseguem que a crian\u00e7a fa\u00e7a a pega mais facilmente\u201d, explica a t\u00e9cnica de enfermagem da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o S\u00e3o Francisco Xavier, Kely Cristina Rosa de Souza.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

A t\u00e9cnica ressalta que para algumas m\u00e3es os primeiros dias s\u00e3o de paci\u00eancia. \u201c\u00c9 um passo de cada vez, respeitando o momento, a anatomia do corpo. N\u00e3o se preocupe com a quantidade, a qualidade \u00e9 o mais importante. Cada gotinha de leite vale ouro para prevenir infec\u00e7\u00f5es e salvar vidas\u201d, completa. \u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n


Rede de apoio familiar<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Para Maiara Fagundes de Almeida, psic\u00f3loga da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o S\u00e3o Francisco Xavier, existe uma maternidade idealizada. \u201cO mais importante nesse momento \u00e9 a m\u00e3e desejar amamentar e, principalmente, contar com o apoio de toda a fam\u00edlia. A rotina vai mudar. O beb\u00ea tem os hor\u00e1rios das mamadas. Ele tem a necessidade do v\u00ednculo. Ent\u00e3o \u00e9 aproveitar esse tempo para estar junto do seu filho\u201d, explica.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

A psic\u00f3loga ressalta tamb\u00e9m que o apoio familiar \u00e9 muito importante para manter a sa\u00fade da m\u00e3e. \u201cO papel do pai neste momento \u00e9 essencial. A chegada de uma crian\u00e7a muda a din\u00e2mica da fam\u00edlia. Alguns papeis acabam sendo alterados. A m\u00e3e fica um pouco mais cansada, sobrecarregada. A amamenta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 exclusiva da m\u00e3e, mas outros cuidados podem ser compartilhados, seja na hora de dar um banho, trocar a fralda ou mesmo colocar a crian\u00e7a para arrotar.
