Na ocasi\u00e3o, foram avaliados os processos de gest\u00e3o, seguran\u00e7a, qualidade assistencial, ades\u00e3o aos procedimentos estabelecidos pela Institui\u00e7\u00e3o e a estrutura f\u00edsica das unidades do HMC, baseando-se em padr\u00f5es internacionais, alinhados \u00e0 legisla\u00e7\u00e3o local e com foco na gest\u00e3o de riscos e melhoria cont\u00ednua.<\/p>\n<p>Os auditores constataram que os servi\u00e7os oferecidos est\u00e3o de acordo com as melhores pr\u00e1ticas de aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 sa\u00fade e seguran\u00e7a do paciente, colaboradores e visitantes e recomendaram a recertifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a an\u00e1lise dos documentos gerados durante a visita, o Comit\u00ea T\u00e9cnico Europeu validou a recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o feita pela equipe de auditores que contou com a presen\u00e7a de um auditor americano e quatro brasileiros.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-18762 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fsfx.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Diretor-Eduardo-Blanski-na-reuniao-de-encerramento-da-auditoria-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"471\" height=\"353\" \/>Ao final da auditoria, considerando o resultado obtido, o diretor de neg\u00f3cios do HMC e da Unidade de Oncologia, Eduardo Blanski, agradeceu o comprometimento dos colaboradores. \u201cEssa certifica\u00e7\u00e3o demonstra o reconhecimento de um grupo que tem muita coragem, firmeza e a moral de enfrentar desafios. De quem colocou acima de qualquer outro interesse, entregar uma assist\u00eancia de qualidade e segura para a comunidade. Est\u00e3o todos de parab\u00e9ns!\u201d, ressaltou Blanski.<\/p>\n<p>O HMC \u00e9 certificado DIAS\/NIAHO desde 2014 e foi o primeiro Hospital Brasileiro a ser certificado em N\u00edvel de Excel\u00eancia (N\u00edvel 3) da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional de Acredita\u00e7\u00e3o (ONA). Essa certifica\u00e7\u00e3o internacional s\u00f3 \u00e9 concedida a institui\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00fade acreditadas pela ONA em N\u00edvel 3.<\/p>\n<p>Quem tamb\u00e9m demonstrou muito entusiasmo com a recertifica\u00e7\u00e3o internacional do Hospital, foi o diretor-presidente da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o S\u00e3o Francisco Xavier, Flaviano Feu Ventorim. \u201cReceber essa certifica\u00e7\u00e3o nos enche de orgulho. Em 2024, no ranking brasileiro, o HMC conquistou a 23\u00aa coloca\u00e7\u00e3o com a pontua\u00e7\u00e3o de 71.84%. Possui 558 leitos e tr\u00eas unidades, sendo uma unidade exclusiva para o tratamento oncol\u00f3gico. Atende a uma popula\u00e7\u00e3o de mais de 1,3 milh\u00e3o de habitantes de 67 munic\u00edpios de Minas Gerais e conta com cerca de 550 m\u00e9dicos em 50 especialidades, com presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os nas \u00e1reas de ambulat\u00f3rio, pronto-socorro, medicina diagn\u00f3stica, ensino e pesquisa, terapia intensiva adulta, pedi\u00e1trica e neonatal, urg\u00eancia e emerg\u00eancia, terapia renal substitutiva, alta complexidade cardiovascular, oncologia adulto e infantil, entre outros.
