O resultado, divulgado no site da revista, apresenta o HMC entre os dois melhores hospitais do estado de Minas Gerais, e o vig\u00e9simo segundo lugar do Brasil.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>O ranqueamento levou em considera\u00e7\u00e3o as recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es de profissionais m\u00e9dicos, entrevistas com pacientes e indicadores-chave de desempenho m\u00e9dico. Para as recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es, a Statista, empresa global de pesquisa de mercado e dados do consumidor, convidou milhares de m\u00e9dicos, gerente de hospitais e outros profissionais de sa\u00fade para a pesquisa. De acordo com a revista, os integrantes dessa listagem est\u00e3o na vanguarda da sa\u00fade, fornecendo atendimento de alto n\u00edvel aos pacientes. A lista incluiu, entre outros, os hospitais Albert Einstein e o S\u00edrio Liban\u00eas primeiro e segundo lugar nacionais, nomes reconhecidos em todo o pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Segundo o Superintendente do HMC, Dr. Bruno Ribeiro, a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 fruto de um trabalho s\u00e9rio e voltado para a excel\u00eancia no atendimento. \u201cDedicamos nossos esfor\u00e7os para um atendimento de qualidade e seguran\u00e7a assistencial, e na busca da satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o plena dos nossos pacientes, de forma a oferecer um excelente atendimento, com estrutura adequada e equipe altamente preparada\u201d, afirma Ribeiro.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>Hist\u00f3rico de Qualidade do HMC<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>O Hospital M\u00e1rcio Cunha foi o primeiro hospital brasileiro a receber, da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional de Acredita\u00e7\u00e3o (ONA), o certificado de Acredita\u00e7\u00e3o em Excel\u00eancia no ano de 2003. Est\u00e1 ainda entre os seis do pa\u00eds a possuir a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o internacional <em>Det Norske International Accreditation Standard<\/em> (DIAS\/NIAHO). Dentre sua trajet\u00f3ria de qualidade vale destacar o Pr\u00eamio Mineiro da Qualidade, recebido em 2007, trof\u00e9u entregue a institui\u00e7\u00f5es cujas pr\u00e1ticas de gest\u00e3o alcan\u00e7am a excel\u00eancia. Al\u00e9m da premia\u00e7\u00e3o, o Hospital M\u00e1rcio Cunha tamb\u00e9m foi agraciado com a Faixa Ouro, que valoriza as melhores diretrizes gerenciais. J\u00e1 em 2008, o hospital venceu a primeira edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Pr\u00eamio C\u00e9lio de Castro, conferido pela Secretaria de Estado de Sa\u00fade, com a melhor pontua\u00e7\u00e3o entre os 126 hospitais de Minas Gerais participantes do concurso.
