Para refor\u00e7ar a import\u00e2ncia desses profissionais, entre os dias 12 a 20 de maio, em todos os hospitais administrados pela Funda\u00e7\u00e3o S\u00e3o Francisco Xavier &#8211; FSFX: em Minas Gerais, o Hospital M\u00e1rcio Cunha \u2013 unidades 1 e 2, em Ipatinga, Hospital e Maternidade Vital Brazil, em Tim\u00f3teo, o Hospital Municipal Carlos Chagas, em Itabira e, na baixada santista, em S\u00e3o Paulo, o Hospital de Cubat\u00e3o, \u00e9 celebrada a Semana da Enfermagem.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Tradicionalmente, a promo\u00e7\u00e3o da Semana acontece em comemora\u00e7\u00e3o ao Dia do Enfermeiro (12 de maio) e Dia do T\u00e9cnico e Auxiliar de Enfermagem (20 de maio). O tema desta edi\u00e7\u00e3o na FSFX \u00e9 \u201cUma enfermagem para liderar: o protagonismo na \u00e1rea da sa\u00fade\u201d. A programa\u00e7\u00e3o conta com o apoio da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Educacional S\u00e3o Francisco Xavier &#8211; FESFX.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>O Diretor de Hospitais da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o S\u00e3o Francisco Xavier, Mauro Oscar Soares de Souza Lima destaca a import\u00e2ncia da valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e reconhecimento desses profissionais. \u201cEm um momento t\u00e3o desafiador e, ao mesmo tempo t\u00e3o importante para a sa\u00fade mundial, entendemos que \u00e9 preciso valorizar e reconhecer cada vez mais os nossos profissionais de enfermagem, que acordam todos os dias com a dif\u00edcil e recompensadora miss\u00e3o de cuidar. N\u00f3s da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o S\u00e3o Francisco Xavier, temos orgulho dos nossos profissionais t\u00e3o dedicados e apaixonados pelo que fazem\u201d, disse.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Para celebrar, al\u00e9m de a\u00e7\u00f5es internas, foram produzidos uma s\u00e9rie de v\u00eddeos que abordam os assuntos: valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos profissionais da enfermagem, sa\u00fade mental dos profissionais frente ao cen\u00e1rio da pandemia, aspectos comportamentais e o novo processo de liderar na enfermagem. Os v\u00eddeos ser\u00e3o divulgados durante a semana em todas as redes sociais da FSFX e FESX. Al\u00e9m desta a\u00e7\u00e3o, ser\u00e1 feito um epis\u00f3dio exclusivo de podcast sobre o tema e haver\u00e1 um almo\u00e7o e jantar especial para as equipes dos hospitais.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Para a enfermeira da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o S\u00e3o Francisco Xavier, Luciana Rodrigues Santos Coutto, ser enfermeira \u00e9 trabalhar com amor na arte de cuidar. \u201cNos \u00faltimos meses j\u00e1 li e ouvi v\u00e1rios adjetivos que perdi a conta: anjos, cora\u00e7\u00e3o de ouro, ombro amigo&#8230; Somos aqueles que fazem al\u00e9m da t\u00e9cnica, pois fazemos com amor.&nbsp; A sa\u00fade e a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o do pr\u00f3ximo sanam as nossas dores.
