PCMSO nas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, visando<strong> proteger e preservar a sa\u00fade de seus empregados em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos riscos ocupacionais<\/strong>, conforme avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de riscos do <em>Programa de Gerenciamento de Risco &#8211; PGR <\/em>da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Esta Norma se aplica \u00e0s organiza\u00e7\u00f5es e aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos da administra\u00e7\u00e3o direta e indiretamente, bem como aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os dos poderes legislativo e judici\u00e1rio e ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, que possuam empregados regidos pela Consolida\u00e7\u00e3o das Leis do Trabalho &#8211; CLT.<\/p><p><strong>O PCMSO \u00e9 parte integrante do conjunto mais amplo de iniciativas da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o no campo da sa\u00fade de seus empregados, devendo estar harmonizado com o disposto nas demais NR<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7b347fd e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"7b347fd\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;,&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cae4068 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"cae4068\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0b2dcf7 elementor-vertical-align-top elementor-widget elementor-widget-image-box\" data-id=\"0b2dcf7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image-box.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-image-box-wrapper\"><div class=\"elementor-image-box-content\"><h3 class=\"elementor-image-box-title\">Sa\u00fade Ocupacional<\/h3><p class=\"elementor-image-box-description\">PCA - Programa de Conserva\u00e7\u00e3o Auditiva<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5120952 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5120952\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>O anexo II da NR-7 estabelece diretrizes e par\u00e2metros m\u00ednimos para <strong>avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e acompanhamento da audi\u00e7\u00e3o em trabalhadores expostos a n\u00edveis de press\u00e3o sonora elevada atrav\u00e9s da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de exames audiol\u00f3gicos<\/strong> de refer\u00eancia e sequenciais e atrav\u00e9s de <strong>ado\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00f5es que visem \u00e0 preven\u00e7\u00e3o da perda auditiva induzida por n\u00edveis de press\u00e3o sonora elevado e a conserva\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade auditiva dos trabalhadores.<\/strong><\/p><p><u>S\u00e3o inclu\u00eddos no <em>Programa de Conserva\u00e7\u00e3o Auditiva \u2013 PCA<\/em> todos os empregados expostos a ru\u00eddos acima do limite de a\u00e7\u00e3o estabelecido pela legisla\u00e7\u00e3o<\/u>. Secretaria da Seguran\u00e7a e Sa\u00fade do Trabalho, que tratam dos assuntos:<\/p><ul><li><strong>NR 6 Equipamentos de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Individual: <\/strong>Trata da obrigatoriedade da Empresa em fornecer aos trabalhadores, gratuitamente, EPI adequado ao risco, em perfeito estado de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o e funcionamento.<\/li><li><strong>NR 7 Programa de Controle M\u00e9dico de Sa\u00fade Ocupacional &#8211;
